LAB DEV MANAGER 

As the Labs Development Manager , you will be working with a unique and gifted team, developing the CSI labs model collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate lab resources and value for beneficiaries. You will bring experience working across multiple disciplinary sectors to build high-quality programs, scale-able learning experiences that support our CSI lab partners.

The development manager role will require the manager to lead and setup a team across multiple units. 

In addition, you will have strong management experience, especially as it relates to the NGO skills development space. You'll be empowered to curate, create and continuously improve the TAIR CSI Labs learning experiences using an array of creative approaches that inspire learners and drive career and workforce progression across the African Continent. 

TECHNICAL WRITER 

TAIR is looking for a highly qualified professional with at least 2 years of experience to join our team as a full-time technical writer. 

 

As a technical writer, you'll be responsible for creating simplified user content, including technical manuals, training guides, journal articles, tutorials, and software documentation. With subject matter experts to guide you through the entire process, you'll make complex information accessible to employees and the target audience. 

The technical writer will have an opportunity to join the research team. We are looking for individuals that are curious and want to exctract facts and data about the landscape of AI on the continent

MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER

As our sales and marketing manager, you will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. 

 

We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of the TAIR-ED products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. 

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE RESEARCHER | LABS

As the in house AI/ML machine learning researcher your role will be critical towards the success of the TAIR LABS. We are looking for an individual that is  data  focused and solutions driven - a problem solver looking to expand their knowledge about the industry. 

 

The research role will require you to be comfortable with a leadership role and to be comfortable speaking about your work.

 

If you are looking to make an impact by developing disruptive artificial intelligence technologies then this role is for you. Lead our current research track on The future of Mobility in Africa. You will provide technical leadership and management on research and development (R&D) efforts, coordinate interdepartmental resources, present at customer design reviews, and support auxiliary internal research and development (IRAD) & capture efforts.

BUSINESS STRATEGIST | INNOVATION MANAGER 

You will be working with enterprise organizations, accelerators, incubators, and VCs ; working directly with enterprise clients to fit in The TAIR AI  Innovation model. 

 

This role requires a consultative sales approach, with experience collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, and maintaining client relationships post-sale through account management. 

ACADEMY MANAGER 

As our academy manager we expect you to be a content and quality guru. We expect you to have a background in education and be passionate about learning.

You will ensure we are retaining and growing our relationships with current partners by developing engaging materials, resources, and communications to support the implementation and expansion of TAIR online courses. You will also be expected to:

  • Act as final quality assurance for all program materials, ensuring our content is accurate, on brand, culturally relevant and responsive, consistent in look at feel, and accessible to a range of literacy levels.

  • Manage workflow for educational resource requests, edits, translation, and distribution.

  • Develop processes and systems (both human and technological) to create, manage, and distribute content.

  • Calendar, write, and build partner email communications, including program newsletters, reminders, and other

    communications as needed.

  • Plan and execute the release of new materials and new products to internal and external stakeholders in

    coordination with program product managers.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
